İslam Dininin temel kaynakları olan Kur’an-ı Kerim ve hadis-i şeriflerin mesajlarının anlaşılabilmesi için Arapçanın ve kaidelerinin öğrenilmesi gerekir. Sadece nahiv ve sarf ilimleri İslam’ın bu iki temel kaynağının öğrenilmesinde yeterli olmaz. Birçok insanın Kur’an-ı Kerim‟in ve hadislerin eşi ve benzeri olmayan belâğat ve fesâhat vecizliğine mest olup Müslüman oldukları bilinen bir gerçektir. Dolayısıyla belâğat ilminin de öğrenilmesi gerekir. Bu çalışmada Ahmed Mustafa el-Merâğî (öl. 1952)’nin, ‘Ulûmu‟l-Belâğa adlı eseri belâğat açısından değerlendirilmiştir. İlk önce Ahmed Mustafa el-Merâğî‟nin hayatı, eserleri, ilmi şahsiyeti ve belagat metoduna kısaca değinilmiştir. Daha sonra ‘Ulûmu’l-Belâğa eserinin içeriği göz önünde bulundurularak belagat, fesâhat ve bunlara bağlı konular ele alınmıştır. Bilahere ‘Ulûmu‟l-Belâğa eserinin üç konusu olan me‘âni, beyân ve bedî‘ ilimleri sistematik bir biçimde, başta el-Merâğî‟nin eseri olmak üzere klasik ve modern eserler de göz önünde bulundurularak incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma, ‘Ulûmu’l-Belâğa eserinin giriş kısmının tanıtımı; me‘ânî ilmi uygulamaları; beyân ilmi uygulamaları; bedî‘ ilmi uygulamaları ve eserin değerlendirilmesi olmak üzere beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın ortaya konulmasının öncelikli amacı ‘Ulûmu‟l-Belâğa eserinin okunması, anlaşılması olmakla beraber zikredilen belagat ilminin üç konusunun bu çalışma vasıtasıyla sistemli bir şekilde bir daha okunması, hatırlanmasıdır. Bir diğer amaç ise belagat ilmine katkı sağlamaktır.
In order to understand the messages of the Quran and the hadiths, which are the basic sources of the Islamic religion, it is necessary to learn Arabic and its rules. Only the sciences of grammar and grammar are not enough to learn these two basic sources of Islam. It is a known fact that many people are enchanted by the unique eloquence and fluency of the Quran and the hadiths and become Muslims. Therefore, the science of eloquence must also be learned. In this study, Ahmed Mustafa al-Maraghi’s (d. 1952) work titled ‘Ulûmu’l-Balagha’ was evaluated in terms of eloquence. First, Ahmed Mustafa al-Maraghi’s life, works, scientific personality and eloquence method were briefly mentioned. Then, considering the content of ‘Ulûmu’l-Balagha’, eloquence, fluency and related topics were discussed. Later, the three subjects of the work ‘Ulûmu‟l-Balâğa, namely the sciences of me‘âni, bayan and bedi‘, were systematically examined, taking into account classical and modern works, especially the work of al-Maraghi. This study consists of five sections, namely the introduction of the work ‘Ulûmu’l-Balâğa; applications of the science of me‘âni; applications of the science of bayan; applications of the science of bedi‘ and the evaluation of the work. The primary purpose of presenting this study is to read and understand the work ‘Ulûmu‟l-Balâğa, as well as to systematically read and remember the three subjects of the science of eloquence mentioned through this study. Another purpose is to contribute to the science of eloquence.
